Inpatient Program

For individuals facing mental health challenges or crises, inpatient care provides an essential first step toward recovery. At Windsor Road Private Clinic, the inpatient unit offers a safe, therapeutic environment where patients receive care and support to begin their healing process.

Key features of the 21-day inpatient care at Windsor Road Private Clinic include:

  1. 24/7 Expert Care: Under the guidance of an experienced, accredited psychiatrist, patients admitted to the inpatient program receive continuous care and support from our mental health nurses and allied health professionals including psychologists, counsellors, occupational therapists and social workers. The team works closely with patients to create a personalised treatment plan.
  2. Structured Therapeutic Programs: The clinic provides evidence-based therapies designed to address mental health conditions. These may include individual therapy and group therapy. Therapies such as cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) and mindfulness are also used to help patients manage their symptoms and develop effective coping strategies.
  3. Comfortable and Supportive Environment: The inpatient unit is designed to be a calm and supportive space where patients can focus on their mental health. The environment prioritises safety, respect, and understanding, allowing patients to feel comfortable while undergoing treatment.

Outpatient Group Therapy Day Programs

In addition to inpatient care, Windsor Road Private Clinic offers outpatient group therapy day programs. Outpatient care is ideal for individuals who require ongoing support but do not need the intensive care provided in an inpatient setting.
