Visiting hours are:
Hospital wide (including ICU and Maternity):
- 10am – 12pm
- 3pm – 8pm
All permitted visitors must:
- have had two doses of a recognised COVID vaccine (unless they have a medical exemption)
- not have tested positive to COVID-19 within the past 7 days
- not be a high-risk contact of someone who has had COVID-19 in the previous 14 days
- not have COVID-19 symptoms
Parking
Ample parking is available in the car park located on ground level and in the basement of the hospital. For further details please visit the Interpark website.

Public Transport
The closest bus stop is located at the front entrance of the hospital and is serviced by Routes 664, 715 and 745.
A bus stop on Old Windsor Road services Routes 602X, 607N, 607X, 616X, 663, 664 and 665 is a 10 minute walk from the entrance.

For the convenience of patients and visitors, retail services are located on the ground floor of the hospital.

Nutsn'bolts Nut, Juice and Food bar serves a wonderful array of fresh salads, sushi, nuts and fresh sandwiches. Also fresh juice and smoothies are served.

Can I bring food to the person I am visiting?
In general it’s fine to bring food in but please check with the ward first as there are some areas of the hospital where food restrictions may apply.
WiFi is available for visitors. You may connect to our hospital WiFi by selecting our network in your settings.
No password is required.

Flowers
Although we do not have a florist on premises, flowers may be delivered to reception and they will be sent to the patient.
Please check with the ward before sending flowers as there are some areas of the hospital where restrictions may apply.
Patient Finder is a quick and easy way to find information about a patient during their stay at Norwest Private Hospital. Track a surgery patient’s progress through theatre, recovery, and return to their ward.
The ward, room number, and in some cases phone extension number in their room is displayed.
If a patient changes wards or room numbers during their hospital stay, Patient Finder will display their updated location.
